GENERAL CONDITIONS
The client of the studio takes on temporary use studio space, equipment, scenery and props.

STUDIO BOOKING
You can book a photo studio by calling (044) 227-78-11 or by filling out an online booking form and afterwards receiving a confirmation by e-mail or text message. You can check the free time in the schedule. Our photo studio is open 24 hours a day, without holidays and weekends, by pre-booking.
When booking a studio for more than 3 hours, 50% of the rental fee must be paid in advance - within 12 hours of booking. In case of refusal to pay the prepayment, the studio does not guarantee to book a studio for more than 3 hours. If you book a studio for shooting after 9:00 p.m., the night rent is 100% prepaid. If prepayment will be by wire transfer, it should be paid by 5:00 p.m., due to late receipt of funds.

STUDIO RENTAL TIME
The minimum rental time for one studio location is 1 hour.
The start time of the studio rental is the time at which the Customer has booked the studio.
The time of the end of the rental is not the end of the shooting, but the left of the studio by the renter.
Studio rental time includes cleaning of the hall after yourself, which includes turning off and placing in their places the equipment, as well as decorations, props and furniture. Please plan your time so that your colleagues will enter the hall on time and begin shooting without delay.
Extending the studio rental time is possible only if there is free time in the rental schedule, which is paid according to the tariffs.
In the case when the Client is late in the hall for a time already booked by another client, he is obliged to pay for the studio in the triple amount.

STUDIO RENTAL PAYMENT
Payments for rent studio can be made in cash or by cashless payments.
Payment in cash is made before renting the studio at the reception.
Extensions during the rental of the studio are paid at the time of extension at the reception.
If you pay by cashless payments you can rent the studio only after 100% prepayment.
The cost of renting a studio depends on the type of shooting or event, the number of people, time of day, day of the week.
The rental price of the studio includes:
- a booked shooting hall;
- opportunity to use shower/toilet;
- basic set of studio equipment;
- backgrounds and decorations.
If you wish, for an extra fee, you can rent a smoke machine, additional equipment or props for the shoot. In case of serious dirtying of the rented hall, the use of metaphase, products with feathers, paper confetti, etc., the customer pays for cleaning service from 200 to 600 UAH, depending on the level of dirtying.

PRECAUTIONS AND CONDITIONS
All areas of the studio are under round-the-clock video monitoring for security purposes.
Locations are rented only after signing a rental agreement.
All client equipment and props must be located in the rented by the client pavilions. The client agrees to return the decorations and props to where they were before the shoot. In case of a serious disorder, the studio administrator has the right to stop shooting 10 minutes before the end of the rental and ask the Client to tidy up the pavilion.
To your comfort and to avoid damaging the background, the change of paper or fabric backgrounds is done only by the studio administrators.
In the studio and all its additional areas it is forbidden:
- smoking and making an open fire;
- walking in the studio in dirty outdoor shoes;
- drinking alcoholic beverages;
- shooting pornographic photos.
In the case of nude photos or videos, all models must have documents proving that they are of legal age.
If smoking is necessary to create a stage image, you must agree beforehand with the administrator.
Eating food is prohibited in the studio pavilion, except when food is the subject of the shooting.
Animals allowed in the studio only when previously agreed with the administrator. If animals are in the studio, the cost of renting the studio will increase by 50%. The exception is small animals, which are held in the arms and are not allowed on the floor. Damage caused by animals is paid by the Customer.
Shooting with drums, turned on musical instruments, any other equipment or actions that disturb the comfort of other clients - is allowed only when renting the entire studio.
Please note that the studio located in a residential area. Therefore, the maximum volume of noise is limited following the current legislation of Ukraine.
The administration of the studio has the right not to allow people into the studio and to remove them from the studio if they are intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.
Check the technical condition of the equipment before starting the photo shooting. In case of damage or breakage of the studio equipment, decorations and accessories, the renter is responsible to compensate the losses in the amount and to the extent specified by the studio administration. At the end of the shooting, the equipment is necessarily checked by the administrator.
The administration of the studio is not responsible for personal property that is or was forgotten by clients in the studio.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF RENTAL AND PENALTIES
In case of cancellation of the studio reservation, the prepayment paid by the client is non-refundable!
The Client has the right to transfer his order once to another date or time no later than 48 hours before the rental. It is not possible to reschedule the order twice.

INSTRUCTIONS TO WORK WITH PROPS IN THE HALLS>
WOOD Location:
- Do not climb on the couch or bed with your shoes on.
WHITE Location:
- Do not drop heavy objects with sharp edges on the floor of the cyclorama - it may damage the covering.
- Do not move heavy objects with sharp edges across the surface of the cyclorama to prevent damage to the coating.
- Working on the cyclorama is allowed only with a changeable, not "street" shoes, or in shoe covers.
- To avoid damaging the backgrounds, backgrounds may only be changed by the studio administrators.
- It is forbidden to lean on the paper background.
BLACK Location:
- Do not drop heavy objects with sharp edges onto the floor of the cyclorama - this may damage the coating.
- Do not move heavy objects with sharp edges across the surface of the cyclorama to avoid damage to the coating.
- Work on the cyclorama is allowed only with a changeable, not "street" shoes, or in shoe covers.
LOFT Location:
- The "Star" decoration may only be plugged directly into a socket, without the use of extension cords.
- It is forbidden to leave the refrigerator unplugged.
- It is forbidden to pour crumbly props (cereals, spices) into other containers.
COTTON Location:
- Do not drop heavy objects with sharp edges onto the floor of the cyclorama - this may damage the coating.
- Do not move heavy objects with sharp edges across the surface of the cyclorama to avoid damaging the coating.
- To avoid damaging the backgrounds, backgrounds may only be changed by studio administrators.
- Запрещается опираться на бумажный фон.

- Chalk must be stored in a specially provided place after use.
ART SPACE Location:

- Work on the cyclorama is allowed only with a changeable, not "street" shoes, or in shoe covers.

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES
By renting the studio, the Customer takes material responsibility for the condition of the equipment, backgrounds, props and rented areas of the studio. In case of damage to the studio's equipment, props or premises, the Customer is obliged to compensate for the cost of the damage.
When issuing equipment or props to the client, the client must verify its performance and integrity in the presence of the administrator. If the Client detects any fault or damage to the equipment or props, he must immediately notify the administrator.
Smoking cigarettes, vapes, iqos is not allowed in the studio areas. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the Studio has the right to deny the rental of the hall to the Client. The only exceptions are the cases that have been previously agreed with the studio administrators, in which smoking is the subject of the shooting.
For preventing the comfortable work of other clients, who are renting a studio at the same time, a penalty is incurred to compensate for the damage caused.
If the background is heavily damaged, the photo studio has the right to charge the Client a compensation at the rate of 250 UAH per linear meter of the background.
In case of significant dirtying of the rented pavilion, the Customer pays for the cleaning service from 400 to 2000 UAH, depending on the level of dirtying.
In case of the fall of the luminaire, the Customer pays a penalty of UAH 500, no matter the visible damage to the luminaire.
